1. Hotel Bookings
Hotel rates are subject to a cancellation fee of 20% to 30% or higher, in accordance with the hotel's policy.
Please note that hotel cancellation fees vary based on the specific hotel brand, room category, and peak tourist seasons.
2. Tour Packages & Itineraries
Except where specified otherwise for customized luxury bookings, standard package cancellation fees are calculated as follows:

Once bullet train tickets (Shinkansen) or domestic flight tickets are purchased and issued, they are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Visa Fees
All visa processing and government embassy visa fees are 100% non-refundable.
5. Bank Fees & Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
- Bank Charges: All transaction, gateway, or international bank transfer fees are paid by the client and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- Processing Time: Refunds take approximately 14 to 21 business days to process due to bank clearance requirements.
