2. Tour Packages & Itineraries

Except where specified otherwise for customized luxury bookings, standard package cancellation fees are calculated as follows:

3. Transport & Ticketing (Bullet Train / Flights)

Once bullet train tickets (Shinkansen) or domestic flight tickets are purchased and issued, they are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Visa Fees

All visa processing and government embassy visa fees are 100% non-refundable.

5. Bank Fees & Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.


  1. Bank Charges: All transaction, gateway, or international bank transfer fees are paid by the client and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
  2. Processing Time: Refunds take approximately 14 to 21 business days to process due to bank clearance requirements.
